Hi everyone,
A heads-up as the wet weather returns: the decking on the bridge between the east and west sides of camp can be slippery when wet. We’ve received reports of horses slipping while being ridden across the bridge. We recommend dismounting and leading your horse across to help keep everyone safe.
Mike and Patty Small have placed two large log rounds for mounting assistance, one at each end of the bridge, on your left as you approach from either direction. Please see the photos for their locations.
We are looking into a more permanent solution but in the meantime, please take your time and use caution when crossing.
