Guest Information
Liability Release & Guest Pass Forms:
All guests, whether in guest sites or on a member’s site, are required to complete a liability release form annually. Members are responsible for the correct completion of these forms and the retention of the liability release forms. Please read these forms carefully.
Members are also responsible for the compliance of all guests to the CCMA Rules.
Gate codes should never be given to guests. Meet your guests at the gate to let them in and out.
Guests should plan on bringing a reasonable amount of their own stock water.
Note: Our LIABILITY RELEASE AND ASSUMPSTION OF RISK document has been updated effective 9-10-25 to include language which covers members hiring a contractor/business to complete work on their site. This form replaces the previous version. Note: GUEST rules still apply, meaning members must be on site for any work being done by a non-member. Gate codes should never be provided to non-members.
Guest Dogs:
Guests should be encouraged to not bring dogs since guest dogs are not familiar with the expectations and aspects of being at Cowboy Campsite. Members should provide a copy of the rules pertaining to dogs to guests before they come to camp. Any dog (member’s or guest’s) that is brought to camp must remain controlled within the member’s site or guest site, must be on leash at all times away from these sites, and not allowed to roam, rush out at passers by, or be unreasonably vocal, etc. as per member approved CCMA rules.
Violations that are reported may result in sanctions against members, your guests, or your use of guest sites.
Here are the rules regarding dogs copied from the full CCMA Rules document listed below.
